Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to the content they upload, plus any commitments their bots make to end users.

Restricted use

Do not use Venanto to generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, medical, legal, or financial advice without qualified human review and appropriate controls.

Availability

Plan limits and support response times are governed by the active subscription or written agreement.

Termination

Venanto may suspend abusive usage, security attacks, or activity that risks other customers or the platform.
