Workspace isolation
Registered users are scoped to an organization. Bots, knowledge sources, channel connections, conversations, subscriptions, usage events, and tool runs are read through that boundary.
Customer-data and sensitive-record boundary
Venanto should answer only from approved business content such as services, prices, hours, policies, document checklists, and handoff rules. Legal strategy, medical decisions, emergency work, and sensitive records stay with qualified people or customer-controlled systems.
Application security
Signed-in account changes use protected browser sessions and request checks before data is changed.
Network and abuse controls
Browser access is limited to approved domains. Login, chat, and account paths use traffic limits, and readiness checks expose only sanitized service state without secrets.
Production database boundary
Production deployments should use an Venanto-specific database and a restricted application user with only the permissions needed to run the product.
Operational readiness
Production launches should confirm alerting, vulnerability intake, credential rotation, channel settings, and deletion-request execution for the active customer scope.
